A new road
Mariska’s contract at the airport ended due to restructuring because of corona measures. Through a tip-off from a colleague, she came to ZW Werkt Door for coaching. Together, they looked at Mariska’s motivations and strengths and this enabled her to select the right jobs for herself. This is how she eventually ended up in ProRail’s Diversity and Inclusiveness Team, a perfect match!
