I find it enormously fun, interesting and above all meaningful to work for ZW – Werktdoor. It is a very involved Regional Mobility Team, with motivated colleagues, each with their own area of expertise. Because of our drive to work together for a sustainable result, mutual knowledge is shared. And everyone likes to actively use their network to look for entries or employment opportunities. People can certainly contact me if they are stuck in their work, will soon lose their job or are now accutely looking for a new job. Then I can help them on their way with a personal approach and result-oriented attitude. I am a good active listener, can empathize with your personal situation and get to the heart of the matter. I have years of career coaching experience and a broad and up-to-date knowledge of the job market.I find it a privilege and a challenge to constantly search for a career path that fits the client precisely. So that they can take the next steps with full confidence and intrinsic motivation.
