Anja came to ZW Werkt Door by googling for: Regional Mobility Team (RMT.) She knew this initiative was there from the government, so she had started looking for an RMT in her area. ZW Werkt Door gave her direction again to look for a new position in another area of work. Meanwhile, Anja is looking for work in a different field than her current background.
By means of an online questionnaire the results came, with which she still could do little. Anja: “I recognized myself in it, but I still did not know what to do with it. That outcome came to life when Sonja den Bakker, advisor at ZW Werkt Door, went through the list with me. By asking the right questions, we arrived at a new field. I felt the enthusiasm in me again! So the online questionnaire is a very good tool, but the guidance is just as important.”
